Activity Based Workplace

Where we work - by providing a variety of settings to support different workstyles and activities our studio enables increased productivity, collaboration and social connections.

Activity Based Workplace

● The floor plan is organized into four zones: focus, collaborative, community & support.

● Alternate work points throughout the studio include the welcome lounge, community table, work lounge, café, and open team spaces.

● Flexible spaces offer different types of collaboration; open spaces or closed rooms, hi-tech and low tech, casual or more formal, sitting or standing.

● Solo work is supported by bookable desks and enclosed focus rooms.

● A mobile app is used not only to book a desk, but to reserve meeting spaces, share schedules for days in the office each week and to see who is coming in each day and where they are sitting.

● Enable intentional collaboration through careful planning that encourages movement between spaces.
