What makes a great workplace?
When you find others who are engaged in workplace culture and wanting to go in the same direction. In addition, when you feel like what you’re doing is making a difference in people’s lives, then you’re in a great workplace. Workplace is much more than just an environment, but rather having values that fit, and the feeling that you’re making a difference internally and in the community.
How do you define workplace culture?
Workplace culture is based on values. It’s about listening to people and asking yourself, “Hey, is this matching with what I’m thinking, and is it in synch with modern trend and times?”
