This senior living community challenges ageism through design. Amenities include multiple dining options, games, crafts, and a salon located at street level with view to the exterior and pedestrian realm. Residents can enjoy a range of experiences within the building designed for aging-in-place, with clear entry sequences and intuitive wayfinding.
Additionally, we’ve worked to ensure efficiency of planning and structure, while also supporting the operator with brand identity.
