Modular Terminal Structures: Flexible, relocatable design enhancing airport capacity and adaptability
The project is comprised of two buildings: the Passenger Hold Room Addition is an addition to the existing terminal, and the Domestic Bag Claim Building is designed as a standalone building. Both buildings are designed as modular structures that can be relocated after serving their intended purpose at the airport, which is estimated at 10 to 15 years. The building is designed to provide maximum flexibility to the owner in the future with column free spans and light gauge steel internal partitions.
