EQ Bank: A digital-first headquarters designed for innovation and connection

Kasian partnered with EQ Bank to design their new headquarters, a space that redefines the concept of a digital-first workplace by providing a vibrant and adaptable environment that reflects the bank’s values of innovation, collaboration, and transparency.

The design emphasizes flexibility, branding, and user experience. Dichroic film was used as a cost-effective way to showcase EQ Bank’s brand colours through shifting light and color, bringing movement and energy to the space. Open ceilings, careful acoustic planning, and a mix of settings, including social hubs, team zones, and quiet focus areas, were incorporated to foster creativity and support well-being. Ergonomic furniture and advanced audiovisual systems support effective teamwork and smooth communication in both in-person and virtual settings.

Through close collaboration with the client, the Kasian workplace team designed the new headquarters that embodies EQ Bank’s culture, strengthening the organization’s identity as a progressive, digitally driven leader transforming the banking experience in Canada.
