The West Memorial Rehabilitation adapts a 1950s Classified Federal Heritage Building in Ottawa, temporarily housing the Supreme Court during its building’s rehabilitation. The project involves masonry restoration, structural upgrades, and new systems, achieving 4 Green Globes for sustainability. The design carefully integrates the Supreme Court’s needs into the building’s structure, enhancing its urban presence while meeting complex functional and security requirements.
