Brampton’s first mass timber residential building has reached a significant milestone, with its timber structure now complete. Designed for Peel Region, the 198-unit affordable seniors housing project brings together accessible housing, low-carbon design, mass timber construction and a prefabricated modular cladding system to support a more sustainable and inclusive community. The project will include 87 fully accessible suites.
