Airport Canada Line Station: Connecting travelers to British Columbia with efficiency
The YVR-Airport Station is the terminus station of the Richmond-Airport-Vancouver rapid transit line. A primary consideration of the project was being able to move large groups of people in the most efficient way possible due to the significant number of international visitors expected during the 2010 Winter Olympics. The form and transparency of the station were designed to enhance wayfinding and reinforce visual connections between the airport and the land, sea, and sky of British Columbia.
