About The Project
This nine-storey, 160-unit seniors living residence will give residents convenient access to shopping, entertainment, and food within their immediate neighbourhood. This new development will provide seven floors of independent supportive living (131 suites), as well as one level of assisted living (29 suites) and one level of underground parking. Active amenities such as dining, bistro, café games, crafts, and salon have been located at the street-level to contribute to the connection to the street and greater community.
