Sandy is a hospitality-focused Senior Associate with a passion for storytelling, concept-driven design, and the creation of purposeful spaces. With nearly two decades of interior design experience, she has contributed to major hospitality projects across Canada, the United States, the Middle East, and Asia. 

She has led multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the design process, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach and meticulous attention to detail. Her work is grounded in rigorous, concept-led thinking and a deep commitment to human-centred design. 

Sandy focuses on creating environments that are emotionally resonant, culturally relevant, and thoughtfully crafted. She is particularly drawn to projects that deliver meaningful experiences, foster connection, and create lasting impact. 

Her notable projects include The Dorian, Autograph Collection Hotel in Calgary, Four Seasons Private Residences in Whistler, and work with global brands such as Marriott. 

Sandy supports and helps lead Kasian’s hospitality and senior living sectors nationally, working closely with the Vancouver office to strengthen and grow these practice areas.
