Connect with Nikoo
I believe the best spaces do more than look beautiful – they create connection, shape experiences, and leave a lasting impression.
With nearly two decades of experience, Nikoo is a design leader who brings together creativity, strategy, and a deep understanding of people to shape thoughtful and memorable environments. Her experience spans workplace, commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, and other complex project types, giving her a broad perspective while approaching each client and challenge with fresh thinking.
Nikoo’s strength lies in translating a client’s vision into a clear design story and carrying that vision from early strategy and concept through to realization. She is particularly passionate about the human experience of design, considering how spaces feel, how people move through them, and how thoughtful design can influence connection, well-being, and a sense of belonging.
As a project and design lead, Nikoo balances creative ambition with the realities of schedule, budget, constructability, and stakeholder needs. She values open communication and collaboration, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and design teams to solve challenges together.
Beyond project work, Nikoo is passionate about building relationships, mentoring designers, and contributing to business development. For her, great design and great client relationships are closely connected: both begin with listening, curiosity, trust, and understanding what matters most to people.

What makes a great design?
‟Great design starts with understanding people. It should feel intuitive, respond to how people live and work, and create an experience that feels both purposeful and memorable. The best spaces balance beauty and function so naturally that you simply feel good being there.”
How would you describe your leadership style?
‟Collaborative, honest, and energetic. I like creating an environment where people feel comfortable contributing ideas, challenging assumptions, and enjoying the process. I believe strong leadership is about setting a clear direction while giving people the trust and space to do their best work. Whether I’m working with a client or leading a design team, communication and relationships are at the heart of how I work.”
