We Asked, Mei Answered:

What drew you to interior design?

“My background is in architecture, which is where I started my career. When I moved to Canada, I embraced interior design in further education, with an eye towards integrated design. It gives me a deeper perspective on the overall project, and how the interior and exterior play together. My dream would be to design the entire building, its interiors, and even its furniture!”

How would you describe your leadership style?

“I like to support my team. I prefer to think of it was working side by side, taking the same journey and improving together. We can always learn from each other, and no one person knows everything. We all have diverse skillsets to contribute to the project, and to the firm as a whole.”
