With over 25 years in the industry, my journey began in architecture and later led me to discover the world of interior design. This shift proved to be a transformative and enriching experience both personally and professionally. I was fortunate to join an incredible group of colleagues who have been a constant source of inspiration, contributing significantly to the development of my skills. The collaborative environment has given me freedom to take on diverse roles and responsibilities beyond my typical job description. After nearly two decades, many of us continue to work together as a cohesive team.

How would you describe your leadership style?
