We asked, Éléonore Leclerc answered:

What drew you to Kasian?

“I wanted to be part of a practice that sees design as more than aesthetics. Kasian’s commitment to improving lives through thoughtful, sustainable, and community-focused design resonated deeply with me. I was drawn to a culture where curiosity and collaboration are grounded in purpose, and where design is used to create meaningful, lasting impact for those who experience the spaces we shape.”

What makes a successful project?

“I define and measure success as achieving a balance between design excellence, stakeholder goals, and the human experience. The most successful projects foster collaboration, respond thoughtfully to context, and create meaningful, measurable value for both clients and communities.”
