Bridget brings more than 20 years of experience delivering hospitality, commercial, and residential projects across Canada and internationally. She holds a Bachelor of Interior Design from the University of Manitoba and is a LEED Green Associate. At Kasian, Bridget is contributing to the Temple project as well as multifamily and hospitality teams. 

Driven by a passion to understand how people live, feel, and connect within a space, Bridget believes successful developments should be deeply attuned to the needs of those who experience them. This begins with careful planning, creative curiosity, and strategic discovery – aligning stakeholder trust to create a strong foundation for impactful design. 

Bridget is adept at balancing financial viability with design integrity and operational excellence to deliver thoughtful and high-performing solutions. An advocate for well-considered design and rigorous documentation, she values storytelling, collaboration, and the creation of meaningful user and guest experiences.

“I believe great design should be ‘invisible’ – creating an emotional connection and sense of comfort, while bringing clarity and organization to a space.”

What career achievement(s) are you most proud of?

“Rather than point to a single achievement, I take pride in the progression of my career as a whole. Each experience has built upon the last, whether through mentoring others and learning from those around me, delivering work that stands the test of time, or fostering lasting trust with clients. It’s this accumulation of growth, lasting relationships, and impact that I value most.”
