UBC Campus Operations Works Yards
UBC’s Vancouver Campus is in a beautiful, forested setting which is integral to the University’s identity. The proposed site for their new consolidated operations works yard is directly adjacent to the Pacific Spirit Regional Park. To preserve this ecological treasure, we optimized the growth program to minimize the works yard footprint and then carefully stacked and planned components within previously developed areas to protect the natural surroundings.
