Municipal Complex and Housing Community

This growing District is looking for the opportunity to replace aging Municipal Facilities while supporting their Official Community Plan vision to increase housing stock, in particular affordable housing. We worked with the District to assess multiple sites and select the ideal location for a new development. The new concept proposes a Community Service Hub on the west side of the site with a combined Municipal Hall, Police Station and Satellite Fire Hall building across from an existing public park. The east side of the site is a proposed new affordable housing community, with outdoor green space and links to an adjacent affordable housing complex and seniors community to the north and east.
