About The Project
The design of Hollyburn House, a luxury senior living community, combines the North Shore’s natural beauty with the classic presence of the Lions Gate Bridge. The Westcoast Design movement has been particularly influential on Vancouver’s North Shore: the rainforests and mountains in this region, along with the wet climate, rocky, mossy terrain and the beach informed the colours and textures of Hollyburn’s interior.
Award recognition:
Hollyburn House took second place in the 2023 SHN Architecture & Design Awards for international projects in the Renovation/repositioning category.
