Franklin Concert Properties: Centralizing operations with brand-driven design
CE Franklin had outgrown their existing facilities in south Edmonton and planned to centralize their Western Canada operations in Edmonton. Along with Concert Properties, we developed the new 2 storey administration building to boast a clean architectural look symptomatic of CE Franklin’s brand. The design was challenged by site grading and storm water requirements which resulted in an interesting front to the development.
