We are currently designing a new Fire Hall at Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) Rocky Point to replace the existing aging facility. We have completed Phase 1 of the project, developing a schematic design for the building, including the building massing, look and feel and interior planning. The new Fire Hall will include three apparatus bays and the associated support spaces on the ground level and crew quarters on the second floor. An adjacent new building will house workshops to support the maintenance of the fire engines.
