Bringing utility design to EPCOR Gold Bar Operation Centre

The EPCOR Operations Centre, located in Edmonton, Alberta, involved the design for a renovation and expansion for an 18,800 SF operations facility to consolidate EPCOR’s two existing operations facilities into a single, modern facility. The project included the design, renovation and construction of the main building, site development, and landscaping. Key program elements comprised new staff offices, meeting/training rooms, locker rooms, showers, washrooms, a lunchroom and a new control room. Kasian’s architectural and interior design expertise were instrumental in creating a functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing workspace for EPCOR employees, aligning with the company’s commitment to sustainability.
