The Cormorant Simulator Building is a new standalone facility at CFB Comox supporting flight training on the CH-149 Cormorant helicopter. The facility includes a flight simulator bay and associated workshop, storage, technical and office spaces. The project scope includes site preparation, design, and construction, targeting a March 2026 installation start for the simulator, providing a critical training asset for Department of National Defence operations
