What makes a great design?

“While good design resolves performance, cost, and constructability into a clear architectural idea, great design begins with people and is realized through collaboration. It is not the product of individual authorship, but of shared purpose, technical knowledge, and strong partnerships aligned around a common goal.”

How would you describe your working/leadership style?

“I approach my work with a strong sense of responsibility to the people I work with, the clients we serve, and the outcomes we deliver. I value clarity and follow-through, and I am most effective when teams understand the goal, their role, and how their work contributes to the bigger picture. As a leader, I focus on building trust and creating calm, steady environments where thoughtful decision-making can happen, especially under pressure. Pragmatic by nature, I believe good ideas must be grounded in realistic budgets, schedules, constructability, and long-term performance. I place a high value on accountability and responsible risk management.”
