We Asked, Asma Zalzala Answered:
What do you like most about working at Kasian?
“The leadership team exemplifies empathy, empowerment, and support – qualities consistently demonstrated in their day-to-day actions. They cultivate a culture grounded in respect and collaboration, ensuring people feel appreciated and confident in their roles. This has been evident to me from the moment I joined.”
What career achievement(s) are you most proud of?
“Successfully completing the NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) exams and obtaining my licensure through the Alberta Association of Architects. Both achievements required significant time, discipline, and dedication, and I believe I am a better designer for having gone through them. The intensive study process and the rigorous documentation of my experience also provided an invaluable opportunity for reflection and professional growth.”
