BC Hydro, Campbell River: Expanding and consolidating operations

The BC Hydro Osprey Phase II project in Campbell River, situated on We Wai Kai Nation lands, is set to streamline operations by consolidating departments from existing facilities. This expansion includes a spacious Main Building spanning 71,460sqft across two levels, designed for administrative functions, workshops, and customer services, all meeting post-disaster requirements. The Fleet Addition will feature vehicle repair bays, while ancillary storage facilities will support operational logistics. Interior renovations to the existing building are planned, with departments relocating upon completion. Expanded parking provisions will cater to staff and fleet vehicles, ensuring seamless facility expansion and operational efficiency.
