CMS Famous Toys Head Office: A playful, dynamic space blending work, wellness, and fun

CMS Famous Toys engaged Kasian to create an active work environment that inspires, is comfortable, and considered as a benefit of employment. The resulting design serves as both the company’s head office and distribution centre. As the head office of a toy provider, the environment epitomizes fun, professionalism, passion, win-win, and embracing challenges – the physical manifestation of CMS Famous Toys’ guiding principles.

The majority of the building is an efficient, economical warehouse space that is the company’s backbone. It was carefully designed to ensure a streamlined work flow and a quality work environment. The remaining portion provides office space, presentation space, and a reconfigurable lounge area that can be used as work space, lunch room, meeting space, or entertainment venue. This flexible space also includes areas for yoga and fitness sessions, emergency childcare and office events. Finally, a toy store is incorporated into the design in a way that allows it to serve a different clientele and operate during separate hours.
