Clark Builders Office: A dynamic workplace fostering connection and brand identity

Clark Builders Office Building was designed as the anchor tenant for the Great West Life Business Park in south Edmonton. The two-storey, modular building accommodates the entire administrative and operations team for one of Edmonton’s major contractors. A key design element is the two storey ‘street’ running the entire length of the building which facilitates social interaction among staff and creates a sense of community. Along the exterior, metal sidings and black, red, and silver panels convey a clean, crisp, contemporary image that fittingly represents the unique brand and identity of Clark Builders. In addition to the Clark-occupied building, we also completed another multi-tenant building on the site as part of the overall development strategy.
