We shape spaces that nourish and restore people, creating stronger, more resilient communities for generations to come. This means we take our responsibility to protect the environment seriously. Our commitment is reflected by the ongoing growth of our sustainable design solutions. We regularly evaluate resilience and material performance to discover long-term economic, ecological, and social returns. We integrate sustainability into our approach for all new and existing buildings, interiors, renovations, and masterplans, and offer expertise in LEED, WELL, and Passive House projects. Designing with information in mind
From the get-go, we think about design holistically and collaboratively ― it’s part of our DNA. We were one of the first firms in Canada to adopt Building Information Modelling (BIM) into our production workflow and we haven’t looked back since. All our people are fully trained on the latest in BIM and design technology, including parametric design, design analysis, visualization, real-time work-sharing, project coordination and clash detection ― bringing value and efficiency to all our clients. We are regularly pushing the boundaries BIM has to offer through generative design, process automation, virtual reality and reality capture through laser scanning.
