Architectural Technologist, Junior
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team.
We have an exciting opportunity in our Vancouver office for a Junior Architectural Technologist who brings experience working on projects in a Revit environment. Using your Revit skills, you will work with a team to produce Design Development and Construction Documentation and virtual 3D models of architectural designs for innovative and complex projects.

What you’ll be doing at Kasian:
- Work with your project team to deliver project documentation requirements through all project phases
- Prepare accurate technical documents
- Produce graphic presentations and 3D renderings
- Provide support on the coordination of project documentation from all consultants
- Attend coordination and site meetings as directed
- Involvement in applying for building permits, site planning, researching materials, and contract administration
What you bring to Kasian:
- Two years of experience as an architectural technologist
- An Architectural Technology Diploma or Architecture Degree
- Experience working on projects in a variety of sectors – commercial, healthcare, institutional, mixed-use, industrial, transportation
- Proficiency in construction documentation including envelope detailing
- Fluency with Revit
- A solid understanding of current building systems, materials, and building codes
- Rendering experience is an asset
- A passion for accuracy
- A collaborative and flexible approach
- Motivation, great organizational skills
