Not only did the University of Alberta Pandas and Bears intercollegiate basketball and volleyball teams need better training facilitates, enhanced locker rooms and spectator seating to enable them to host regular events and international tournaments, but community organizations needed more space.

Working with Clark Builders design built team we (as HIP Architects, now Kasian) designed a barrier free facility in the heart of southwest Edmonton that supports league play, informal court sports and tournaments for athletes at all levels.
