Elevating space and taste

Introducing high-end design through customized space optimization

Toronto Wine Distributor Office

Due to a realignment in business units and recent acquisition, Mark Anthony required a new specialized space for their business. Looking to stay within the area of Liberty Village, the Toronto Wine Distributor leased a 5,500 sq. ft. brick and beam heritage (not designated) building.

The scope of work required moving their existing program into the new space, but enhancing the design into a more deliberate, high-end design focusing on luxury finished and fixtures, maximizing the new footprint to efficiently utilize the space, and accommodate program requirements.

Kasian elevated the design of the space by introducing multiple levels using a ramp. The elevated space focuses on the wine tasting area, where client entertaining and hosting along with the customized wine display (an integral component to the new space) are the focal points of the office.

This full interior fit-up includes 30 workstations, a boardroom, three meeting rooms, a wine-tasting servery with a custom wine display unit, and a secure wine storage.
