A modern design to maximize customer service
To modernize its workplace while accommodating the amalgamation of the customer service development and service delivery departments, the Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA) needed help to complete an overhaul. As part of the integrated team, we providing design and coordination services while minimizing disruptions to the around the clock operations.
New design and furniture standards developed by us in 2012 were in place when Kasian signed on to redevelop the offices at Toronto Pearson Airport. To ensure corporate compliance we worked closely with GTAA staff to deliver a functional workspace for its 52 employees. The final design reflects the brand and values of GTAA.
