Supporting a new way of working through design
To support the reinvention of APEGA’s workplace, we provided detailed pre-design and design work to establish a modern workplace design that is representative, effective, healthy and comfortable for users.
To better understand user needs, we conducted interviews and surveys to establish a basis for our design. Prior to executing the design, we worked with APEGA to develop space standards to promote a new way of working. In the process we evaluated several potential office locations to determine best fit and examined existing furniture to evaluate cost-savings through re-use.
Our final design can be seen on all 3 floors; including a private staircase that provides a convenient connection between each floor. Custom and existing furniture and fixtures are integrated for a modern design we hope inspires all who experience it.
