When the University of Alberta and TELUS joined, they envisioned a building to provide a comfortable, professional, and upbeat environment on the U of A campus.

The innovative final design utilizes a unique cluster format of high-tech, multi-use learning areas that allow for flexible program delivery. Learning areas include a 300-seat lecture theatre, a video-conferencing room and a variety of classrooms, and program production areas. The 55,000 sq. ft., $13M learning centre was included in the Chronicle of Significant Alberta Architecture by the Alberta Association of Architects.
