Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Dominion Securities, a major investment-planning company, required a renovation to their Park Place offices. The goal was to portray the values of leadership and innovation within a successful business environment, while promoting staff spirit and pride.

The project began with a series of visioning sessions to define their culture and business philosophy, resulting in a theme of 'understated elegance'. The design used clean, contemporary lines, minimalist detailing, and a warm palette of dark wood and light flooring. The new design incorporated soft curves in the stairs, reception desk, and glass art screen.
