This project for Public Works and Government Services Canada’s client, Canada Customs and Revenue Agency, relocated approximately 50 staff to a full floor in 400 Burrard (10,000 sq. ft.) in the spring of 2003.

This highly innovative project included all new construction and furnishings and was completed for the same cost as a more ‘traditional’ government facility. It is intended to serve as a demonstration site to inform the design process for CRA’s Downtown Consolidation Project.
