This 15,205 sq. ft. single storey building was designed for the Alberta Hotel Lodging Association as their new corporate headquarters in Edmonton, AB. 5,000 sq.ft. of this space was designed to be flexible to accommodate leasing.

The building features a large atrium space to maximize daylight and provide a welcoming environment. Unique art walls in the corridor allow the association to display their archival photos and images illustrating its storied history.

The Alberta Hotel and Lodging Association’s branding was incorporated into the design of the vestibule which features "4 pillars" of the association’s mission.
