The Alberta College of Art and Design (ACAD) enlisted Kasian's services to create a program that would outline the strategic facility needs over a 20-25 year horizon. Kasian conducted numerous interviews, visioning sessions, cross-functional workshops, and other data mining exercises to gain a full understanding of the working needs and future vision of ACAD. This information was benchmarked with other design schools globally and combined with relevant demographic and economic trends to produce a comprehensive document outlining their proposed future needs.
