Vancouver Investment Firm Project
With sweeping views, the city of Vancouver itself is the design inspiration and is reflected in the use of natural wood and concrete, locally crafted furniture and an extensive art collection. The workplace design concept embodies a casual sophistication and relaxed professionalism inherent to our client’s workplace culture. The space allows for future growth, more meeting spaces, an engaging and collaborative environment, and maximized access to spectacular views. Clean, modern lines and finishes and a high level of transparency mitigate the requirement of 75% of staff in private offices. The space serves the needs of three distinct companies: each in different industries with diverse functional and aesthetic expectations. By creating a central hub/social interaction point and shared amenities, such as the lounge, this allowed the companies in each wing of the office to operate independently.
